Precision Reconstruction Group is excited to highlight our Affordable Housing LIHTC project at Skyline Terrace Apartments in Canton, OH, with a $17 million budget. This comprehensive project included both interior and exterior renovations such as siding replacement, exterior painting, window replacement, entry doors, parking lot repairs and re-striping, dumpster enclosures, ADA accessibility pathways, a covered pavilion, outdoor seating, property signage, exterior lighting, and leasing office renovations. Inside, we upgraded kitchen and bathroom cabinets, countertops, plumbing fixtures, door hardware, flooring, interior painting, HVAC, lighting, door replacements, bathtubs with tub surrounds, and drywall repairs. This project showcases our commitment to enhancing affordable housing communities with high-quality construction and renovation services.
