This project involved extensive interior and exterior renovations, including siding replacement, exterior painting, window replacement, entry doors, parking lot repairs and re-striping, dumpster enclosures, ADA accessibility pathways, a covered pavilion, outdoor seating, property signage, exterior lighting, and leasing office renovations. Interior enhancements included upgrades to kitchen and bathroom cabinets, countertops, plumbing fixtures, door hardware, flooring, interior painting, HVAC, lighting, door replacements, bathtubs with tub surrounds, and drywall repairs.
