Precision Reconstruction Group is excited to feature our Affordable Housing LIHTC project at Bradford Apartments in Tulsa, OK. With a budget of $7 million, this project included comprehensive interior and exterior renovations. Exterior work encompassed siding replacement, exterior painting, window replacement, and entry doors, along with parking lot repairs and re-striping. Additional improvements included dumpster enclosures, ADA accessibility pathways, a covered pavilion, outdoor seating, property signage, exterior lighting, and leasing office renovations. Inside, we upgraded kitchen and bathroom cabinets, countertops, plumbing fixtures, door hardware, flooring, interior painting, HVAC, lighting, door replacements, bathtubs with tub surrounds, and drywall repairs. This project exemplifies our dedication to enhancing affordable housing communities with top-quality construction and renovation services.
